a39jl Terms & Conditions — User Agreement and Platform Rules

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in your account.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

a39jl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing requirements. You agree to provide any additional documentation requested by a39jl for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

2.5 One Account Policy

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one a39jl account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether for the purpose of bonus abuse, circumventing platform restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited. a39jl employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, a39jl reserves the right to:

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are responsible for monitoring all activity on your a39jl account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify a39jl customer support immediately. a39jl will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account to prevent further unauthorized activity. However, a39jl will not be liable for any losses incurred prior to your notification of unauthorized access.

3.4 Prohibited Account Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Allowing any third party to access or use your account
• Using your account for any commercial purpose or on behalf of a third party
• Transferring or selling your account to another individual
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or engage in fraudulent betting patterns

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing Times

E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) typically reflect in your a39jl account within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take 5 to 60 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing times. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits are processed within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation and typically take 5 to 15 minutes.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts in good standing may request increased deposit limits by contacting customer support. a39jl reserves the right to impose or adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the a39jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Your account balance, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are all denominated in PHP. Currency conversion for cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) is calculated at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from your a39jl account, you must have completed full identity verification (KYC), made at least one successful deposit, and met all applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless alternative arrangements have been mutually agreed upon in writing with a39jl support.

10. Limitation of Liability

If you have any dispute, complaint, or concern regarding your a39jl account or any transaction, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting a39jl customer support. 11.2 Formal Complaint Procedure

If your issue cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint to a39jl management. 11.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

12. Account Closure and Termination

Account closure requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
